Pad Printing
Pad printing is a printing process that involves intaglio printing our design onto a flat plate. The ink is applied evenly to the plate, and a silicone pad presses against the surface, creating a perfect imprint for printing on our product. One or more spot colors can be printed. It is primarily used for small items such as pens, USB flash drives, keychains, and lighters, and is the most economical solution for a variety of items.
Ceramic transfer
Ceramic transfer involves heat-transferring a print onto a ceramic item. The logo is screen-printed onto decal paper using ceramic inks. The decal paper is placed around the ceramic item after being soaked in water. The ceramic item with the decal is then kiln-fired for several hours at a temperature of nearly 1,000 degrees Celsius. The decal paper burns in the kiln, leaving the print on the ceramic item. This process allows for permanent and precise customization on ceramic items. It's ideal for mugs and glasses as it's 100% dishwasher-safe.
Sublimation
Sublimation is a complex printing technique that does not limit the number of colors in the design, but can only be applied to a specially manufactured product with a white base. It is a complex technique because it is performed by changing the state of the sublimation ink from solid to gaseous by applying heat. The print is sharp, high-quality, and highly resistant to extreme temperatures. Sublimation allows for full-color, high-quality reproduction of photographs, offering endless customization possibilities. It is commonly used on textiles such as T-shirts, bandanas, cushions, bags, and other items, but also on mouse pads, umbrellas, and mugs.
