It is dishwasher safe up to 65°C / 149°F and should be used for tap water only. The Dopper Steel is manufactured responsibly in China (BSCI Code of Conduct) and is Cradle to Cradle certified at the Bronze level. All materials are BPA and phthalate-free. Warning: this is not a thermos.
